1. Who we are
This site is operated by TechStack LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. What this service is
We publish analysis derived from public United States government files. The service is preliminary research and decision support. It is not an appraisal, audit, quality-of-earnings opinion, accounting review, legal opinion, tax advice, environmental assessment, lending decision, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or finance anything.
3. Accuracy and sources
Figures are reproduced from government filings as submitted by the filer. We do not verify that filers were truthful and make no representation that they were. We publish the evidence class, confidence band and file edition behind each value so you can judge it yourself. See our methodology.
Government files are revised and republished. A value correct against one edition may be wrong against the next. Always check the stated edition.
4. Fair Credit Reporting Act
We are not a consumer reporting agency and this is not a consumer report as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You may not use anything obtained here, in whole or in part, for any purpose covered by the FCRA, including eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, credentialing, tenancy, or any similar determination about an individual.
5. Permitted use
You may read, cite and quote published pages with attribution. You may not:
- Scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract the site outside a licence agreement.
- Resell or redistribute our resolved output as a dataset. See licensing.
- Strip evidence classes, confidence bands or as-of dates from values you republish.
- Represent our output as verified fact about any person or company.
6. Paid products
Paid reports are delivered on the terms stated at purchase. A report describes the evidence available at the stated file edition. It is not a warranty about the subject, and a favourable report is not an assurance that a transaction is sound.
7. Corrections
We maintain a published corrections policy with a two-business-day response commitment. Reporting an error is the fastest route to fixing one; these terms do not limit that.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service in breach of these terms, including any use for a purpose covered by the FCRA.
11. Independence
We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by any government agency named on this site. Agency names are used descriptively to identify the source of a file.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
